1. Buy it!

I would be honored if you chose to buy it for yourself and for any of your friends or colleagues. It is available at the New Pioneer Cooperative, Coralville, Iowa or Prairie Lights, Iowa City, Iowa  or at Amazon.

2. Get healthier yourself

Everyday  eat more greens, more sulfur vegetables and more colorful fruits and vegetables.  As you get healthier and your doctors and friends ask you did it, tell them about "Minding My Mitochondria 2nd Edition" and how where they can buy the book.

One way to make things go viral is to tweet about the book because Twitter is able to reach a large number of people. Have someone you care about?  Think about giving them a copy of the book so they can begin to learn more about how to take charge of their health by learning how to eat the building blocks necessary for life.

11.  Give the book to your mom (and dad)

Mom was right.  You do need to eat your vegetables.  You don’t want mom or dad to suffer from early onset dementia.  Give them the book so they know how to eat to protect their most valuable asset – their brains!
